- Dr. Regina Blevins, DDS MS Dr. Regina Blevins was born in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Michigan soon after. She first discovered her love for dentistry in Michigan where she received her dental hygiene degree in 1981. De. Blevins then went on the dental school at the the University of Michigan and received her degree in dentristry in 1987. Dr. Blevins' favorite part of dentistry was the cosmestic work that creates beautiful smiles, which led her to pursue her orthodontic graduate training at the University of Minnesota. In 1991 she graduated with a Master of Science degree and certificate in Orthodontics. Dr. Delia Dall'Arancio, DDS MS Dr. Delia Dall'Arancio {Dr. D for short} attended dental school in Bologna, Italy; her native country, then moved to the U.S to receive a Masters Degree and specialty certificate in Orthodontics from the University if Minnesota. Dr. D has practiced orthodontics for nearly 15 years in the Twin Cities of Minnesota.
